County Line Restaurant's outdoor music series continues despite differing opinions from residents, aiming to minimize noise impact on the community. The SHHA Tree Removal Lottery offers homeowners a chance to address view obstruction concerns, while SHHA members are reminded to take advantage of their membership benefits and the Merchant Benefit Program. The Sandia Heights Homeowners Association (SHHA) has purchased six corporate tram passes per day, allowing residents to achieve access to the Tram by submitting a $5 deposit per pass. The passes are issued with specific dates and the number of passes, and changes to the date are not allowed after issuance to avoid losing the deposit. Refunds are possible within thirty days given the presentation of Tram ticket stubs, either in person during office hours or via mail. Additionally, the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has been busy approving various projects like re-roofing, garage additions, remodels, and installations of solar panels in different homes within the community.
