The Sandia Heights Homeowners Association is preparing for their Annual Membership Meeting on June 7 from 10 am to noon at the Church of the Good Shepherd. This meeting will involve voting on new proposed Bylaws, electing new Directors, receiving reports on the new Cedar Hill Park, and discussing city-county unification. In addition, there will be refreshments provided by the Membership Services Committee for attendees to enjoy while meeting neighbors and voicing their opinions. Absentee ballots will be allowed for the election of Directors, and there will be an increase in water bill rates explained, along with inquiries into bringing natural gas and cable services to North Sandia Heights, and the opening of a Montessori school in the area.
